# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • Everything you adore about a classic Caesar salad, transformed into something you can actually eat while walking, driving, or leaning over your kitchen counter at midnight
  • The homemade dressing comes together in two minutes flat and makes enough for three more lunches during the week
02 -
  • Cold tortilla tears will ruin your wrap, so microwave them for fifteen seconds or warm them in a dry pan for ten seconds on each side before you start building
  • Do not skip the resting period for the chicken, cutting into it immediately lets all the juices run out onto your cutting board instead of staying inside where they belong
03 -
  • Use room temperature chicken, it cooks more evenly and will not seize up when it hits the hot pan
  • Let the dressing sit for at least ten minutes before using, this gives the garlic time to mellow and the flavors time to marry
